American Football Explained – Finish

Now that you have finished the listening activity, you know some important football words. As a matter of fact, American football has a long season each year. The NFL regular season usually starts in early September and continues through late December or early January. After that, teams with the best records play in the playoffs. The season ends with the Super Bowl in early February, one of the biggest sports events in the world.
